5 signs he just doesn’t like you (that much)

The opposite of love is not hate: it is indifference. There’s a tendency to “Main Character” ourselves and imagine we have a much more important role in other people’s stories than we really do. 1. He doesn’t reach out first

If you are starting every interaction, every text, every email chain, and every conversation: yeah, he’s not that bothered. How do I know? Because when you like someone, you want to be involved with them. You think about them, they come up in your thoughts. Stuff reminds you of them and you want to check in. If he’s not reaching out to you sometimes, perhaps you need to back off and reassess.

2. He doesn’t make solid plans with you

When I don’t really want to do something, it goes in the “maybe” “some point” or “early next year” box. I might not even be lying: but you aren’t someone I’m excited about seeing.
