1. He’s married, but ‘definitely’ leaving his wife for you
Wise up, princess. This also applies to he’s ‘separated’ but definitely getting a divorce, in the middle of a divorce, about to get a divorce, or considering a divorce. Best case scenario; he’s in emotionally turmoil about the end of his marriage, desperately needs love and support, and is fantasising about a perfect life with a woman who isn’t constantly covered in a kid’s vomit. Worst case scenario; he will say whatever he needs to prop up his ego or cheat on his poor wife. If he liked you that much, he’ll come back after he’s actually divorced. I’ve never seen this work out, ever. You will always be the woman who ruined his marriage, if not life, to society: no one is going to believe what he told you or promised you. Also expect to come off that pedestal hard when you are also covered in kid’s vomit or say something critical about his midlife fantasy. Catch a cheater, get a cheater.
