It sucks, but sugar really is the deal breaker

Massively bulk up on vegetables

You would have to eat so, so much broccoli and so, so many carrots before it even made a dent on your calorie allowance. A whole large bowl of mixed vegetables will only be about 80 calories. Always add more to your plate, and you’ll feel satiated instead of starving. You’ll be less inclined to binge after a massive supper!

Increase your lean protein intake as much as you can

If you eat meat, lean in hard on chicken and salmon. If not; soybeans, tofu, yoghurt, and kidney beans. You’ll feel far less hungry if you’re eating enough protein! Protein massively helps regulate your appetite and will support your body’s muscles. I’d say you’re better off eating steak every day than a big bowl of pasta, if you want to lose weight. Less of a sugar rush and crush.

Avoid bread and sugar as much as you can

Without fail, bread, cake, rice, sugar, couscous, porridge and candy makes me hungrier. Why? Because my blood sugar spikes and then drops, really fast. I have the lipid data to prove it. Mango is the same as cream cake for me. I avoid them as much as I can: every time I…
