I think this is true for about 30-40% of men. But a lot are much, much smarter and emotionally intelligent than we give them credit for. I've seen many men pretend not to know how a woman feels, or pretend not to know what she's doing or hinting, because it benefits them (they don't want to commit, they just like the attention, they might want to fuck her at some point). Some men, yeah, they're just dumb and totally oblivious. But in general, I'd say most men know exactly what a woman is doing.
