I think you're not understanding what I'm saying. It's nothing to do with insecurity or leagues: it's just logic. If Dave has had 4 girlfriends this year, goes on dates every week, cheated on his last wife, and enjoys casual sex, it doesn't matter how funny or nice he is, you're not going to invest in him as a husband. I think men forget that women don't see men who are promiscuous as successful with women or desirable: just unreliable and with low standards.
