I’m constantly hearing about how much men despise modern women and our wicked refusal to be traditional. Here’s the thing: I am not against cooking for you. I’m a decent cook and I know my way around the kitchen. I’m fine playing house too: you want me to decorate, I’ll decorate. I’ll even put on the apron and greet you at the door with your slippers. Fine. Whatever. The only thing you will have to do, oh traditional husband, is provide for me on equal terms to yourself.

And I really don’t think you could.

I wouldn’t find it degrading. But it would be incredibly risky

Let’s get the unsexy bit out of the way: how much is a Madelaine? Well, I don’t want to lose my quality of life or income, so I will expect you to bring in double my current salary, bare minimum, and I get half. 50:50, right? I will want that every year.
