Some men appear to be finding this way too difficult to get through, so I’ve written a BTECH version for anyone who is scoring incredibly badly:
- Can you touch a woman’s knees or waist in a meeting? (YES/NO)
- Would you own up to saying something sexist in the workplace? (YES/NO)
- Do you understand why saying sexual comments about a coworker could make them unhappy? (YES/NO)
- Do you understand that it is your responsibility to watch out for harassment as well as women? (YES/NO)
- Would you keep flirting with or touching a coworker who said she wasn’t interested? (YES/NO)
- Would you have publicly discuss a consensual sexual encounter with a coworker in the office space? (YES/NO)
- Would you accept sexual favours for a coworker to get a promotion from you? (YES/NO)
- Would you make sexual jokes about a colleague? (YES/NO)
- Would you accept responsibility for changing your behaviour in the light of a woman telling you she was unhappy about touching/flirting? (YES/NO)
- Can you fire a woman because she won’t have sex with you? (YES/NO)
(Answers: NO, YES, YES, YES, NO, NO, NO, NO, YES, NO)
