Sure, it's nice to be encouraged and supported. But you can get that from friends and family too. A good relationship is always a good thing. But, ultimately, there is no reason to expect your own life and self esteem to get better without your own effort and commitment. It's a bad reason to put everything on hold until the 'right man' shows up.
