The magic 'testosterone' bullet is a bit of a misunderstanding. You have scores of androgens in your body. Everyone does. Not 'boy hormones' and 'girl hormones' but over sixty that all interact and mix with each other. Women with higher oestrogen are more likely to be violent and impulsive. Adrenaline and cortisol also have a massive impact on behaviour. People with high oestrogen (the 'girl' hormone) are known to be volatile and aggressive, but we don't talk about that because it doesn't reinforce the social cultural narratives we have about gender. It's not as simple as 'the big boy hormones made me pinch your bottom'.
