Women do on average 85% of childcare between the ages of 0-7 and 70% of childcare between 7-16. Men overwhelmingly view childcare of their children as “babysitting” or a nice favour to do for their partners while they are busy. Unfortunately, this means we have to give up on our dreams while men don’t. It’s just the reality.
